There’s no denying it—whatever you order at Diablo’s Cantina, whether it’s chips and guac or a sizzling fajita, it’s going to be bold and delicious.
And it all starts with the cocktails such as the mango picante margarita, mixed with tequila, spicy mango and lime juice. But if you want to ease into your meal with something light and refreshing, try the Paloma, a blend of tequila, grapefruit and lime juice topped off with soda.
Bridge the gap between drinks and dinner with a starter like the nachos, which are piled high and smothered in cheese sauce, pico de gallo, quacamole, crema fresca, pickled jalapeños and your choice of protein. It’s a lot, so be prepared to share with your tablemates. Then, for the main course, opt for Diablo’s enchilada platter, a trio that includes beef barbacoa, chicken and shrimp, served with rice and black beans.
