LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The man a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department officer shot and killed in his own home last week called police the night before. 26-year-old Officer Alexander Bookman shot and killed 43-year-old Brandon Durham while he wrestled with an intruder in the early morning of Nov. 12.
According to the arrest report after the deadly shooting, accused intruder Alejandra Boudreaux admitted to police Durham called 911 about a day prior.

FOX5 Investigates obtained a copy of that 911 call.
Durham called three times. In the first call, Durham is transferred to the non-emergency line but is disconnected. A dispatcher answers a second call. She repeatedly asks if there’s an emergency and if anyone can hear her. She hangs up the call after no one responds.
Durham connected on the third call. He told a dispatcher he’s at home with his child and a trespasser will not leave. Boudreaux is the trespasser he’s referring to. Durham said they were friends at first but asked Boudreaux to leave when they threatened to fight.
Durham told the dispatcher they did not fight but he doesn’t want the situation to get that far. He said Boudreaux is drunk or on drugs and went through his things.
“No one is in super danger, kind of a thing but it’s like, my room got a little messed up a little bit and stuff like that,” Durham said. “It looked like he was looking for something like, I don’t know.”
The call ends seconds later.
Metro arrested Alejandra Boudreaux after the deadly shooting. She faces home invasion and child abuse charges.
Metro placed Officer Alexander Bookman on routine administrative leave pending the investigation.
