LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – UNLV is a member of the College Football Playoff Committee Rankings for the first time ever as the CFP selection committee listed the Rebels at No. 24 on Tuesday night.
UNLV, which is ranked No. 23 in both the AP and Coaches polls, is 8-2 overall and 4-1 in the Mountain West after a 41-20 win over San Diego State.
Head coach Barry Odom’s squad will round out its regular-season road schedule by playing at San Jose State on Friday starting at 7 p.m. on FS1.
The Rebels will then celebrate Senior Day in the annual Battle for the Fremont Cannon vs. UNR on Nov. 30.
