Once you’ve eaten at Bazaar Meat By José Andrés, you may be spoiled for other restaurants. This is one of those places that you’ll declare “This is my favorite dish. No, this is my favorite. Wait, this is my favorite!”
The menu here is extensive, with tons of small plates like cotton candy foie (it’s what it sounds like); the caviar cone, looking like a tiny ice cream; a gazpacho shot; and albondigas with a saffron tomato glaze. You can get beef tartare, a “beefsteak” tomato tartare, and sampling of several types of thinly sliced ham from several regions, including the Iberico de bellota, where the pig has been fed on acorns (and you’ll taste the acorn).
