One of the newest restaurants on the Strip debuted on Dec. 29 to great fanfare and a celebrity-filled grand opening. Carversteak at Resorts World Las Vegas features a huge space with a massive bar, and both classic and creative cocktails to fill its length. Among the dishes that chef Daniel Ontiveros is sending to tables include a 42-ounce wagyu tomahawk rib chop and a delicate hamachi crudo, but you may want to opt for the lobster en croûte, a gorgeous pastry-wrapped piece.
