LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Clark County School District Board of Trustees is set to hold interviews for a vacant seat.
Interviews come shortly after Katie Williams resigned from her position.

The following are possible candidates for District B in no order:
- Lindsey Dalley
- Lydia Dominguez
- Robert Garcia
- Nakia Jackson-Hale
- Mary Kerwin
- Kenneth Rezendes
- Jose Solorio
- Brenda Talley
- Patrick Villa
- Dane Watson
Dominguez is also running for the seat in the 2024 general election as well as Eileen Eady.
The board is scheduled to pick someone who will take the oath of office at the same meeting. Then, a candidate will be elected on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
The Clark County district attorney filed a petition calling for Williams to resign her seat when allegations came out that she was no longer a resident of her district.
Williams was reportedly living in Nebraska, according to a petition.
The special board meeting is scheduled for Oct. 30 at 9 a.m.
