LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Governor Tim Walz has announced his latest visit to the Las Vegas Valley to help encourage early voting.
In a press release on Tuesday, Walz announced his plans to visit Arizona and Nevada over the weekend with a focus on helping residents make a plan to vote.
He is set to visit Arizona on Saturday, Oct. 26, and arrive at Harry Reid International Airport later that night. On Sunday, Oct. 27, Walz will participate in “political engagements” throughout Las Vegas.
More details will be shared about the event at a later date.
This will mark Walz‘s third visit to the valley this year. He is also Vegas’ sixth political visitor this week, including former President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton, GOP VP nominee Senator JD Vance, and First Lady Dr. Jill Biden.
