LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Almost two months after a deadly I-15 shooting that killed a father, two suspects have been arrested in connection to the incident.
Over the weekend, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced that 18-year-old Damarion Bell and 23-year-old Jasahn Lovette were arrested on Friday. Both are accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Darin Algee on south I-15, north of Flamingo Road, on August 8.
Police said Algee’s 4-year-old son and 32-year-old wife were in the car as well, but they were not injured.
Both have been booked into the Clark County Detention Center for multiple felony warrants, including an open murder with a deadly weapon charge.
Both are due for an initial appearance in court on Monday, Oct. 21 at 8:30 a.m.
