LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A pedestrian has life-threatening injuries after a crash near downtown Las Vegas Friday, police said.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is on scene at Fremont Street and Charleston Boulevard responding to a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
The crash happened around 2:33 p.m.
The pedestrian is currently on the way to UMC with life-threatening injuries. Police do not suspect impairment as a factor in this crash.
Officers did not say if speed was a factor.
“This is an ongoing investigation,” police said. “Please avoid the area.”
