Bobby Flay has long had a Las Vegas presence, one that extends across multiple properties and has included a wide variety of food styles. Longtime fans of his Vegas ventures no doubt miss Mesa Grill, his take on Mexican food at Caesars Palace that has now been replaced by another Flay enterprise, the Italian-themed Amalfi.
In the meantime, Flay also laid the groundwork for what is now the Bobby’s Burgers empire on the Strip. His first outpost was at The Shops at Crystals, and it enjoyed much success before Flay made the move to make it a Caesars Entertainment-only enterprise. He started at Caesars Palace, and its quick success led to another one at Harrah’s. He now has three, with the most recent location opening at Paris.
Flay’s passion for burgers should come as no surprise; he’s made no secret of it in any one of his many Food Network shows (He’s even released a book, Bobby Flay’s Burgers, Fries and Shakes). And he’s committed to serving up a world-class burger, but, as he explained to Las Vegas Magazine, “a more casual, value-oriented concept.” All three Bobby’s Burgers can be found in their respective properties’ food courts; simply order at the counter and enjoy your meal anywhere (the people-watching is free!).
Apparently Flay’s not alone in his love of burgers. As he said to Las Vegas Magazine, “We’ve had a line through the food court(s) since the day we opened.” When you take a look at the selection available, you’ll be joining the line too.
The burger lineup here has something for everyone, including the Flay classic Crunchburger, meaning it’s piled high with potato chips. Add some bacon to that combo for just a bit extra! Or try the Nacho Burger, featuring queso, tomato salsa and pickled jalapeños. Like your burger with a bit more European flair? Try the Bobby Blue + Bacon Burger, smothered with blue cheese sauce. In a brunch mood? Try the Brunch Burger, breakfast between two buns with egg, bacon and American cheese.
The sandwich goodness doesn’t stop there. Flay also whips up a pretty great fried chicken sandwich with aji Amarillo mayo, slaw and pickles. And vegetarians can enjoy Bobby’s Veggie Burger, so full of flavor, thanks to barbecue mushrooms, chickpeas, quinoa, lettuce, tomato, American cheese and Bobby’s Sauce.
Don’t forget to pair your burger with some fries. Varieties include traditional, cheese, bacon, and sweet potato. Or opt or for the buttermilk onion rings.
“Spoon-bending” milkshakes come in flavors ranging from vanilla bean and dark chocolate to strawberry and pistachio. They’ll all put a big smile on your face—much like the entire Bobby’s Burgers experience.
