LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – University Police Services said they arrested a suspect accused of robbing and “fondling” a victim at a UNLV courtyard.
FOX5 obtained details from a College of Southern Nevada notice. The incident happened around 5:50 a.m. Friday in the exterior courtyard of UNLV’s Greenspun Hall.
Police said the suspect approached the victim, battered her and stole her phone. The suspect then fled eastbound across Maryland Parkway.
According to the notice, the suspect is the same person who was arrested for open and gross lewdness in the women’s restroom at College of Southern Nevada’s north valley campus on July 8 this year.
An updated notice was released Monday morning. Police said the suspect was arrested in Monday morning on the north side of UNLV’s main campus and booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
