LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – FOX5 continues to look into the deadly North Las Vegas shooting that left 5 people dead last month.

North Las Vegas police have released the full report on the investigation into the deadly shooting, which details when the bodies of six people were discovered.
The terror did not end there, Harris tells us after the shooting Adams took her hostage for several hours.
Harris revealed to FOX5 that after the shootings, Adams had taken her to his mother’s house to confess what he had done.
Harris told FOX5 she believed she would be the next victim.
“He said I have six bullets, two for you one for me, and the rest for somebody else,” she said.
Harris said Adams had just killed her daughter Kayla, her daughter’s girlfriend Jeannette, and three upstairs neighbors when he took her hostage.

“It seemed like forever. He drove around in circles, and all I hear him saying is, ‘I got to tell my mom what I done and say my goodbyes’,” Harris said.
Harris tells FOX5 that they did just that.
His mother asked Adams, “What are you going to do with her?”
Harris says Adams responded, “I’m going to finish her off too.”

“No, you are not going to do that in front of me, where do I need to take you?” his mother said.
“I really thought he was going to kill me and she was going to allow it,” Harris said. “He said I want to go to H and Doolittle, she got in the front seat on the passenger side while he drove.”
Harris said when they arrived, Adams suddenly got out of the car and left. His mother then got out of the front passenger seat and walked around to the driver’s seat.
“[She] said I’m going to call your mom, but… first, you need to calm down,” Harris said. “And I hate her for that… I hate her.”
By now Adams was out of sight, but Harris recalls his mother getting back into the car and driving back home. His mother would then exit the vehicle to sit on her front porch.
“I just began to call out to God to give me strength,” Harris said. “I got enough strength to get out of the back passenger seat, hunch over, and walk around [to] the driver’s seat.”
in that moment, Harris had to find help herself. “As I was coming down MLK, I saw the flashing lights [of a] police car… I laid on my horn until the officer came over.”
North Las Vegas police noted in their report, “A female stated her daughter was shot by her boyfriend.”
Adams would take his life later that day, after a brief manhunt with police.
NLVPD’s report only identified one person who called the police after the shooting – the unidentified son of one of the victims.
FOX5 reached out to North Las Vegas Police to discuss what Adams’ mother’s role in the incident meant to the investigation. Police tell us that they interviewed her, but ultimately said no additional charges or actions will be taken.
While the police have released all their findings about that tragic day, they assure us that they will continue to investigate new information as it appears.
