LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police say the man accused in the death of a woman found in a hotel room has turned himself in.
On Wednesday, June 12, officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a possible battery victim at Spring Valley Hospital.
The female victim had been located unresponsive in a hotel room located in the 4300 block of West Flamingo Road.
Hospital staff listed her condition as critical, at the time. However, on Friday, June 21, staff would inform police that the woman had died.
An initial investigation would identify 35-year-old Jason Kendall as a suspect in this case. On Friday, June 28, Kendall walked into LVMPD Headquarters and turned himself in.
He was taken into custody and booked on multiple felony charges, including murder, into the Clark County Detention Center.
