LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A North Las Vegas woman who says someone broke into her house and stole her late husband’s 4th generation comic books told FOX5 that viewers stepped in to help.
Our Victoria Saha first reported the story back in May. Amy and her late husband, Johnny, blended both of their families and welcomed their son Makari together.
Amy Williams says her late husband left the comic books for their young son to help remember him, but over 400 of them were stolen from her home.
If you see any of these comic books on sale, please reach out as they could belong to her husband.
She gave us an update recently and said since our story first aired, a few viewers have sent her son new comic books to help him start his own collection.
Amy tells FOX5 even if she were to get 1 out of 400 of the comic books back, it would mean the world for her son to have that connection with his dad.
