LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead behind the wheel early Sunday morning.
Nevada State Police initially responded to reports of a crash near the northbound I-15 HOV off-ramp, leading to US 95 around 3:31 a.m. Arriving troopers located a male suffering from a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle.
Emergency medical services would later confirm that the man died at the scene. No information about a potential suspect was available.
LVMPD’s Homicide Section has taken over the investigation, which is currently ongoing.
