At the Hard Rock Cafe on the Las Vegas Strip, fuel up for the morning while enjoying music with the restaurant’s Acoustic Breakfast. Every morning from 8-11 a.m., musicians take up their instruments and serenade guests while they dine.
Order up endless mimosas to start or grab the Hard Rock Bloody Mary, with Major Peter’s Bloody Mary mix and Tito’s vodka. For your entrée, check out a classic eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, egg and hollandaise on English muffin, or kick it up with the eggs Benedict slider, which adds on sautéed spinach, bacon and a burger slider. The breakfast burrito is massive, with three scrambled eggs, cheese, home fries and bacon or sausage. Or opt for the chicken and waffle, with a Belgian waffle and smoked applewood bacon. French toast, avocado toast, buttermilk pancakes, steak and eggs, and egg-white omelets are other good choices.
This week, singer and musician Betsy Holm plays on Oct. 8-9. Holm has performed in many types of bands through the years, from jazz to rock, and is known for her soulful voice. And from Oct. 10-14, Nick Mattera entertains, with a mix of songs that range from U2 and Neil Young to his original music.
Really, there’s no reason to wait until evening to experience Vegas entertainment—get your reservations for tomorrow.
