You got your drinks, your music and your food. What more could you ask for? How about a three-story wall of TV screens, bars on every floor and views all up and down the Vegas Strip? And Blake, you’ve got Blake.
At Ole Red, Blake Shelton’s sweet collaboration with Ryman Hospitality Properties, that huge wall of screens is fronted by a stage that is almost always occupied. Up on the fourth floor, check out the sights; a DJ even plays from the small stage.
From the bars, order draft and canned beers, wine, mocktails, a variety of takes on classic drinks (a variation on the Long Island iced tea is called Adios My Friend), and signature drinks like the Some Beach margarita. Both specialty drinks and teas are served in a 20-ounce souvenir pint glass or Mason jar.
Come hungry! The fried pickles, sliced longways, and the Redneck Nachos could probably feed you and every brother you have—tri-colored chips are covered in taco meat, white queso, corn salsa, olives and avocado cream. The Hell Right burger comes with Hatch green chilis and smoked mushrooms; the Trash-Talking taco salad is like the bigger sister to everyone’s homemade dish; and the Boys Round Here triple decker club sandwich is so big you might not be able to get your mouth around it.
