The spirit of Ireland is certainly alive in Vegas—there are quite a few Irish pubs here, but if you want one right on the Vegas Strip, Rí Rá Irish pub is the place to go.
The traditional Irish pub looks exactly the way you’d think a pub would, because it was actually constructed from materials from Ireland rescued from pubs. You’ll find traditional drinks like Guinness, Murphy’s and Smithwick’s, but also craft beers from local Nevada breweries. And the food definitely channels those flavors from across the ocean, with fish and chips, chicken curried and corned beef hash all holding places of pride. The deviled Scotch egg and potato cakes are worthy appetizers. Start your mornings with a big Irish breakfast of rashers, bangers, eggs and black-and-white pudding. For dessert, fresh-baked bread pudding just rocks.
