Walk into the lobby at Blackout Dining in the Dark, and you’ll be walking into an adventure for the senses; well, except for the sense of sight.
In this unique dining experience, patrons first make a series of choices that help guide the chef into the creation of your meal. Then they are led through an area that acts much like an airlock, but just for light, and into the completely dark dining room. You’ll get a complete, multicourse meal here, with the emphasis on really using those senses to try to figure out what you have eaten. You won’t be allowed to take your phone or electronics in, so dine with someone you can talk to for a whole meal without interruption.
Once you’ve finished up dessert, you’ll be led back to the lobby, get a rundown of your meal and see how keen your sense of smell and taste really are.
