The only thing nicer than the décor at Edge Steakhouse is the menu itself; both reflect the finer things in life, and isn’t that why you’re visiting Las Vegas in the first place?
Starters here vary from the delectable spicy shrimp, served in a sweet chile reduction, to wagyu beef tartare, served with Kaluga caviar, black truffles and radish. Salad fans will love the watermelon and strawberry tartare, featuring mesclun greens, balsamic pearls, shaved baby heirloom carrots and Marcona almonds.
Steaks run the gamut from filet mignon to bone-aged ribeye, all dry-aged for 40 days for maximum flavor. There are several wonderful prix fixe menus available—three-course, dry-aged and wagyu—all placing you firmly in the chef’s hands for a night of tasty surprises.
