LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police said they arrested a 34-year-old for over 30 burglaries in the valley.
Most were within the Spring Mountain corridor. Cedric Hasan faces 35 counts of burglaries according to court records.
Hasan is accused of burglarizing business since June of this year. Metro declared a “major case protocol” to search for him.
Metro says he stole over $100,000 in cash.
Deputy Chief Jose Hernandez said it was a “coordinated effort” to make an arrest and thanks the efforts of valley police agencies.

Hernandez said there is no details they can share as they are early into their investigation. He says police will continue to review the case.
“Let this be a reminder to those who want to prey on the citizen’s of the city,” he said. “We will leave no stone unturned.”
He says the help of local businesses was critical to the arrest.
He said a common string between all the thefts was he targeted Asian restaurants.
