While Thanksgiving means eating at home for much of the U.S., here in Las Vegas eating out on that holiday has become a firmly entrenched tradition. Visitors and locals alike have an incredible array of options, from fancy meals to home-style plates. We’ve compiled a variety here, but there are many options at almost every restaurant you can think of. Make your reservations now if you can, as slots can and do fill up.
The Strip
Bacchanal Buffet (Caesars Palace, 702.731.7928): Apple cider-brined roast turkey and herb-crusted smoked turkey breast, sweet potato casserole, plus vegetarian and vegan holiday offerings.
Water Grill (The Forum Shops at Caesars, 702.832.4777): A traditional Thanksgiving meal with roasted Diestel farms turkey, apple-celery sourdough stuffing, cranberry sauce and caramel bread pudding.

Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House (MGM Grand, 702.891.7374): Tempura-fried spicy salmon and avocado roll; roast turkey with andouille sausage and dark meat dressing, Creole green beans, onion gravy; and pumpkin crunch with praline anglaise.
Virgil’s Real Barbecue (Linq Promenade, 702.389.7400): Smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, cornbread, sausage and pecan stuffing and more.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant (Paris Las Vegas, 702.948.6937) Three-course menu with butternut squash soup, turkey with chestnut dressing and pecan pie.
Gordon Ramsay Steak (Paris Las Vegas (877.346.4642): Three-course meal with British style onion soup, roasted heritage turkey breast with confit thigh meat and foie gras dressing and squash purée, and pumpkin pie with citrus sable.
Oyster Bar & Grill (Harrah’s, 702.369.5000): Oysters with cranberry purée and panko stuffing with bacon, by the half or full dozen, plus traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer (The Venetian, 702.414.2337): The Pumpkin Cheesecake CrazyShake is a pumpkin spice shake with a vanilla-frosting and mini marshmallows, topped with a pumpkin cheesecake slice (available through Nov. 31).
Majordōmo Meat & Fish (The Palazzo, 866.659.9643): Tableside service with Mishima chateaubriand featuring grilled porcini-tamari, rose vinegar and foie gras bordelaise (available Nov. 25-28).
Buddy V’s Ristorante (The Grand Canal Shoppes, 702.607.2355): Roasted butternut squash soup, slow-roasted turkey breast, with turkey sausage, pancetta-herb stuffing, sweet yams, cranberry relish and pumpkin bundt cake.
Trustworthy Brewing Co. (The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Palazzo, 702.607.2337) Trustworthy deviled eggs, butternut squash soup, hickory-smoked turkey breast, traditional stuffing and cranberry sauce.
