LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – High winds are moving through the valley, pushing debris into roadways and causing a few cancellations.
The wind advisory was issued at 11 p.m. on Thursday and will remain in place until midnight on Friday. The gusts are expected to bring colder temperatures into the valley for much of the morning and early afternoon.
Temperatures are expected to dip back into the low 70s later in the day.

The PGA Tour, which is hosting the Shriners Children’s Open in Las Vegas this weekend, announced a four-hour delay for the start of round two. Golfers are now expected to tee off at 10:55 a.m.
The city of Henderson has canceled its Farmer’s Market at Montagna Park. The Ward 4 Halloween Trunk-or-Treat and Movie in the Park events at the Durango YMCA have also been canceled.
58 flights have been delayed, and only 2 canceled, out of Harry Reid International Airport as of 8 a.m.
