LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A 15-year-old boy was arrested Saturday after stabbing his sister to death in the east Las Vegas apartment.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to reports of a stabbing in the 1000 block of North Pecos Road around 9:22 p.m. Arriving officers took the boy into custody and located a female suffering from stab wounds inside an apartment.
The female, who police identified as the boy’s sister, would later die at the scene.
An investigation revealed that the two had gotten into an argument that led to the stabbing.
The boy, who was not identified, was booked into the Clark County Juvenile Hall on open murder charges.
