LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – According to the North Las Vegas Police, the man responsible for two hit-and-runs that left one person dead has turned himself in.
NLVPD reported that 27-year-old Justin Marr identified himself as the driver of the Chevrolet work truck. Marr appeared at the NLVPD Records Bureau office around around 4:20 p.m.
The driver had a DUI warrant on his record.
Marr was booked into the North Las Vegas Community Correctional Center.
He is facing charges for failing to stop at the scene of an accident involving death or personal injury, reckless driving, which resulted in death or bodily harm, and other traffic-related charges.
