LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Robert Telles is “doing just fine,” his attorney tells FOX5 News. Just one day ago, a jury found Telles guilty in the stabbing death of Las Vegas journalist Jeff German.
FOX5′s Cody Lee spoke with Telles’ defense attorney Robert Draskovich who says he visited with his client Thursday morning.
Draskovich tells us a psychiatrist evaluated him and then cleared Telles later in the day. He says it’s standard Clark County Detention Center policy.
According to LVMPD, Telles is currently in “restricted housing.”
The former Clark County public administrator will spend the next couple months at the detention center and then move to an NDOC facility once officially sentenced on October 16 at 8:30 a.m.
