LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas police have confirmed to FOX5 that the suspect in a road rage attack was arrested in Virginia.

Following the attack, 42-year-old Jose Antonio Soriano was identified as a suspect in the case, and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest. Court documents state Soriano is facing charges of coercion with force, destroying property, duty to stop at an accident, and battery.
On Monday, Soriano was located by police in Newport News, Virginia, and arrested on an outstanding warrant. Soriano is currently being held in the Newport News City Jail awaiting extradition back to Las Vegas.
An arrest report obtained by FOX5 details that Soriano has an extensive history of violent crimes in both Las Vegas and Virginia.
As of Thursday morning, a court hearing for Soriano has not been scheduled.
