World-class steakhouse STK at The Cosmopolitan is celebrating Halloween in style this week with several season-themed offerings that will elevate what’s an already amazing dining and cocktail experience.
Start with one of two pumpkin-flavored cocktails: the pumpkin-spiced Old-Fashioned, made with Woodford Reserve, fresh pumpkin, pumpkin pie syrup, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, black walnut bitters and star anise, all topped off with a brown sugar rim; and the pumpkin-spiced espresso martini, a combo of New Amsterdam vodka, espresso, pumpkin pie syrup and cream, all finished with a cinnamon and brown sugar rim.
Then make your way to STK’s signature Halloween-themed cuisine: pumpkin tortellini and Dungeness crab with sage butter, champagne confit mushrooms, pecorino and pine nuts; and, of course, pumpkin pie with caramelized pepitas, whipped ginger cream and crunchy toffee. Yum!
Brunch fans won’t want to miss STK’s Boos & Booze Brunch on Oct. 29-30, which will not only feature all the specialty items listed above, but a live DJ and a costume contest (take a selfie in your costume during your experience, tag STK on Instagram @eatstk, hashtag #STKCostumeContest for a chance to win a $250 gift card).
The same goes for dinner! On Oct. 28-29, the restaurant will host a Masquerade Vibe Ball, which will also feature a live DJ and the Halloween-themed food and drink specials; and the same costume contest rules apply.
