If you are looking for a night of luxury, duck into Caviar Bar, where a decadent menu from Shaun Hergatt guides you through a myriad of taste explorations and visual delights.
The cocktails here are known for their beauty, and you can enjoy them both during your meal and during Caviar Bar’s cocktail hour. Some new items on the craft cocktail menu are the JP Old Fashioned, with Suntory Toki whiskey, lilikoi (passion fruit) and shiso; and the Ho’omaluhia mai tai, mixed with Probitus rum, sorrel syrup, lime and egg white. Both are served tableside, so get those cameras at the ready! If you like, order champagne or vodka, and you’ll get a caviar bump. You’ll also find low-proof and zero proof drinks on the menu, like the Apollo’s Creed, with Lyre’s Dry London, cucumber and bergamot orange. Sounds refreshing, doesn’t it?
New highlights for dinner include Hudson Valley seared foie gras, served with strawberry white balsamic, brioche and frisée; chicken roulade with foie gras and vanilla purée; and Dover sole with a citrus relish and caper brown butter.
Of course, you may be here for the caviar—order one of Caspy Caviar’s emblematic tins on ice to enjoy with homemade blinis, crème fraîche and chives. Caviar Bar is also open for Sunday brunch starting at 11 a.m., so get a group together and see who has the better palate!
