LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Three men fled the scene of a crash Thursday evening in the northeast part of Las Vegas.
Las Vegas police say two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Bonanza and Nellis just after 8:30 p.m. The passengers of one of the cars remained at the crash site. However, the occupants of the other vehicle fled on foot.
Police later caught up with the driver and passengers of that vehicle. They say the driver is suspected of impairment. He was transported to the hospital to be checked out before being arrested and booked.
According to police, there were no significant injuries, but both occupants who remained on the scene were transported to the hospital for minor injuries.
The intersection is open while police investigate the crash.
