LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Canadian singer Celine Dion is reportedly signing with Resorts World Las Vegas for a residency, TMZ reports
TMZ attributes the possible residency to “multiple sources” and that Dion is in the “final stages” of discussing the residency.
TMZ says the residency could start in late 2024 or early 2025. According to the outlet, the negotiations have been ongoing for a few months now.
The news of the residency comes as the singer has been public about living with Stiff-Person syndrome. According to the National Organization for Rare Disorders, it’s a rare acquired neurological disorder that causes progressive muscle stiffness and repeated painful episodes of muscle spasms.
Dion is expected to return to the stage with a comeback performance at the Paris Olympics.
