With its steampunk-inspired design, The Beast by Todd English is a perfect fit for its environs, and its star chef’s never-ending quest to experiment with and tweak his menu ensures you’ll never run out of reasons to return.
Enjoy a specialty cocktail like the Red Hydra Rum Rummer, featuring Bacardi coconut, Myers’s rum, Cointreau, crème de cassis, pineapple juice and grenadine, or Goddess of the Beast, a delicious blend of Empress gin, St. Germain, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and champagne.
Appetizers all burst with flavor, from Bang Bang Shrimp, served with chili sauce, green onions and sesame seeds, to Junk Yard nachos, highlighted by smoked pulled pork, salsas made with both black bean and avocado, cilantro and a smokehouse barbecue sauce.
Time to belly up to some truly great main courses! The “Belly of the Beast Pizza” section of the menu is packed with something for everyone, from vegan Buffalo (featuring Beyond Meat sausage, roasted cauliflower, vegan cheese, coconut Buffalo sauce and parsley) to fig and prosciutto (made with Gorgonzola cheese). On all pizzas, cauliflower crust is available.
And The Beast recently unleashed a new late-night happy hour menu, featuring small bites like T.E. Sliders, beef patties topped with American cheese, tomatoes, grilled onions and “T.E. Sauce,” as well as $5 cans and drafts, $8 cocktails and wine by the glass.
