If you like Asian cuisine, you will undoubtedly love your brunch or dinner at FUHU, an experiential restaurant that serves up inventive, delicious fare.
After you have sourced a great cocktail (FUHU has a great selection) like The Zedd, a spicy creation with Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire, Campari, falernum, grapefruit and a dusting of cinnamon, order up several dishes. Like tapas, trying a little of everything makes for a rich experience.
You’ll find a wide range of contemporary items to choose from, like fried rice, sushi, sashimi, larger-format entrées like tomahawk steak and king crab tempura.
Each dish features classic elements with a FUHU twist. For instance, the fried rice is available as duck fried rice, already decadent, or as king crab and truffle-fried crab. You’ll find vegan dishes like chick’n larb alongside such items as octopus and FUHU fried chicken, satisfying every appetite.
Vegan dumplings, shrimp and pork spring rolls and wagyu beef potstickers fill out the dim sum menu, along with a foie gras and roast duck bun. Brunch specials include such items as ube pancakes, pictured, Nutella French toast and FUHU chilaquiles, with traditional ingredients like chicken eggs, tortilla chips, cotija cheese and a yuzu crema. Ask about bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys to really get the day going.
