LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two men are dead following a drive-by shooting Saturday night in an east Las Vegas neighborhood.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers arrived in the 3000 block of Kaibab Avenue around 11:46 p.m. in response to the shooting.
A male was located suffering from a gunshot wound near a driveway in the neighborhood. He would later die at the scene.
Officers would later receive reports of another male victim at Sunrise Hospital, also suffering from a gunshot wound. He would also later die at the hospital.
LVMPD investigators determined that both males were shot in front of a residence by a vehicle driving by, which would also flee the area.
Police say an investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
The identification of the deceased, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
