LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A new food and music festival is coming to downtown Las Vegas later this year, coinciding with the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend.
The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority approved a sponsorship of the new Neon City Festival, taking place from Nov. 22-24, 2024. The festival is free, according to organizers.
“The festival will feature a large sprawling footprint, headliner talent, diverse food and beverage offerings, and more,” a statement from organizers said.
Derek Stevens, the owner of Circa Resort and the D Las Vegas, is the founder of the festival. Jeff Victor, the Vice President of the D, was appointed CEO of the festival.
Multiple downtown Las Vegas properties are also considered “co-founders,” including:

- Fremont Street Experience
- Binion’s Gambling Hall
- California Hotel Casino
- Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino
- El Cortez Hotel & Casino
- 4 Queens Hotel & Casino
- Fremont Hotel & Casino
- Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
- Main Street Station
- Plaza Hotel & Casino
- The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower
Festival organizers said they look forward to revealing more details in the coming weeks.
