LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Two people, 67 and 48, are accusing of the death of a male found in an empty lot last week.
Police said the night of April 28 Sunday around 9:14 p.m., they responded to the 800 block of East Sahara Avenue where they located a male dead. This is near S. Las Vegas Boulevard and E. Sahara Avenue.
Officers believe that the individual was a victim of a homicide. Through investigation, detectives found a gunshot wound
He was later identified as Robert Rodriguez. Police previously asked the public for any information about him.

Monday, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department identified the suspects as 67-year-old Loth Rodriguez and 48-year-old Gennady Zhuravlyon.
Rodriguez was arrested on Friday by the Criminal Apprehension Team and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for open murder with a deadly weapon, according to police. Zhuravlyon is currently in custody at the Las Vegas City Jail on unrelated charges.
