There are many beautiful restaurants in Las Vegas with exquisite décor, but there are few that seat you inside a major attraction. The Garden Table at Bellagio does exactly that inside the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens, and it is a coveted reservation. This spectacular culinary experience is constructed with a theme matching the Conservatory’s latest installation.
This spring’s Tea and Tulips exhibit is especially fabulous, and a Victorian-style greenhouse houses The Garden Table. In keeping with that, The Garden Table has introduced an afternoon tea experience, with several varieties from Darjeeling to green available to sip from delicate cups. Fancy tea sandwiches, featuring English cucumber, jamón Ibérico and egg salad, plus truffle gougères, a stuffed pastry puff. And petite desserts are sure to be a hit with all. Plus, you can also get caviar service for the more sophisticated palate.
But The Garden Table also serves brunch from Sadelle’s, with items like a house-cured salmon tower with caviar and bagels, dessert and select beverages; and dinner from Michael Mina (on select nights), with slow-cooked eggs with Tsar Imperial Daurenki caviar and filet mignon, if that suits you better.
Each experience is only available for two to three seatings per day depending on day of the week, so get your reservations quick!
